Wi-Fi Everywhere!

Airappz has developed an unique Wi-Fi service for use in a mobile environment. This can be a taxi, train, bus or any other form of transport.

Our product is a combined hardware & software offering. The hardware connects to a number of different back-haul sources and “translates” this into a Wi-Fi signal. It connects to a 12v or 24v system or battery for power. It’s small, unobtrusive and robust and can be installed in a vehicle in a number of different ways.

Our software manages the captive portal which will display information about the vehicle(s) that the service is provided in, information about the service itself etc. The captive portal also displays Location Based Advertising. This approach adds significant value for both user and provider. Our software back-end also manages bandwidth ensuring that each user has access to a fair share of the available bandwidth, and block certain sites & services limiting the legal liabilities of the provider. The exposure of the adverts on our portal is managed and tracked as well as the click through rates. Based on this information we provide monthly reports to the advertisers.
